Pecanless Pie

Pecan pie is my husband's favorite pie, however he can not have pecans because of his Crohn's disease. He will sit there and try his best to dig out all of the pecans, so he can have just a little bit. So, I thought that I would surprise him this week by making him a pecanless pie.
