Rachel’s Chocolate Fudge Pie

This is a recipe of mine that I have been making for about 10 years or more that I’m going to share with you today. The photo might not look like the best pie, but believe me this is one recipe you have to try! I came up with this recipe because my husband loves chocolate and was getting bored with eating chocolate cake time and time again. One day I decided to make a chocolate pie instead of a chocolate cake and well the rest is history! I hope you guys enjoy my chocolate fudge pie recipe!

  1. 3 Eggs
  2. 3 Tbsp Butter (melted)
  3. 1 1/3 cup Sugar
  4. 1/3 cup of Light Brown Sugar
  5. 1/3 cup Cocoa
  6. 1/3 cup of Milk
  7. 1/3 cup of Flour
  8. 1 - 9 inch Pie Crust
  1. Preheat your oven to 375˚.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine your eggs, melted butter, sugar, light brown sugar and cocoa.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Next add in your milk and flour, you want to mix all of the ingredients together well.
  5. Pour your chocolate fudge mixture into your pie crust.
  6. Bake your pie on the bottom rack for about 25-30 minutes.
  7. Take your pie out and let it cool.
  8. Once it is completely cool, place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to chill.
  9. Then cut a slice and....Enjoy!! : )
