Pancakes are a family favorite around our house, I make them every chance I get because everyone loves them so much. For this recipe I decided to make them with white chocolate because I have never tried that before. They turned out perfect too! The hint of white chocolate in the pancake and making them the size of a silver dollar is a perfect “to go” breakfast in the morning, because no butter or syrup is needed for these pancakes!
