TREVI Italian Restaurant – Las Vegas

While visiting Las Vegas last month on the media tour for #ENMNLV we went to TREVI. TREVI is an Italian restaurant with amazing food and when you walk in the door you will feel like you are in Rome.

Our table was by the ‘Fountain of The Gods’ right in the middle of the Forum Shops at Caesars and the fountain was absolutely stunning! The staff that waited on us were terrific and attentive. The inside of the restaurant was elegantly designed and had real TREVI flair!

But what about the food? Oh, well let me tell you….the food was outstanding! We were so lucky to be able to try a variety of their dishes and I enjoyed each and every one of them. I’m sure by the end of this post you will be considering taking a trip to Las Vegas just to eat at TREVI!

First up, our group started out with the Crabmeat, Spinach and Artichoke Dip. Now, I have had plenty of artichoke dips in my lifetime, but at TREVI they nailed it! The crabmeat mixed in with the cream cheese and artichokes served with hot crostini….yum!

Along with the amazing Artichoke Dip, we had the Bruschetta. It was equally just as amazing as the dip was! Then we tried the Autumn Salad and Caesar Salad. The Autumn Salad had Belgian endive, arugula and chicory, cranberry vinaigrette, candied walnuts, roasted butternut squash, gorgonzola, smoked prosciutto and fig jam crostini! And the Caesar Salad had homemade croutons and a homemade classic caesar dressing! I have to say it was the best Caesar Salad I have ever had! A-MAZING!!

Now for our entrees, we each picked our own and the one I chose was the Linguine Ai Frutti Di Mare. The Linguine Ai Frutti Di Mare has a medley of lobster, scallops and shrimp mixed with an incredible seafood cream sauce. It is TREVI’s signature dish and I now know why. Because the flavors and the ingredients they used in this dish is nothing like I have ever had before, it simply made it extraordinary.

Some of the other entrees at our table was the Chicken Parmigiana and the Penne Diavolo. The Chicken Parmigiana is breaded with romano and sautéed, then served with linguine pomodoro. The Penne Diavolo is a dish that has grilled chicken, mushrooms, sun-dried tomato mixed in a spicy tomato cream sauce. Doesn’t all of these entrees sound fantastic?

Ah, yes now I must tell you about the fabulous desserts TREVI has. We tried the Chocolate “Gooey” Cake and the Italian Cream Cake. The Chocolate “Gooey” Cake is a warm chocolate cake that has a melted hot chocolate center. It is served with their made in house Vanilla Gelato and fresh raspberries. It is an absolute must have dessert if you get to go to TREVI, absolutely divine. The Italian Cream Cake is a moist butter cake with coconut and pecans. It is then filled with an out of this world cream cheese buttercream icing! Both desserts were spectacular and I can only imagine what the other desserts on the menu taste like!
