July Crock Pot Recipes {Week 3}
Hey guys, this is the third week of the crock pot recipe series! The weather lately hasn’t been as hot as usual, but I wouldn’t suggest you go turn on your stove! Since we have had some rainy weather this week I wanted to do a cozy recipe for you! I hope you enjoy my Savory Roast recipe! It is delicious, warm and cozy! This recipe is one that my husband can have, he enjoys me cooking it for him! I hope you enjoy it as much as he does! I would love to hear back from any of you who have tried any of my recipes or want to try them! And as always don’t forget to check out the other crock pot recipes below mine!

Savory Roast Crock Pot Style
Ingredients:
2-3 lb Beef Rump Roast
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
20 oz Beef Stock
1 Package of Brown Gravy Mix
(baby carrots if desired)
Directions:
Place rump roast in the bottom of your crock pot. Pour package of brown gravy mix on top of the roast. Open up the can of cream of chicken soup and pour on top of the roast. Now you can use the cream of chicken can to measure out 20 ounces of your beef stock. Pour your beef stock on top of everything else and cover. (You can add baby carrots if you want as well) To get all the flavoring/tenderness you can cook this roast up to 18 hours. I check on mine every few hours, between 4-8 hours and turn the roast over and stir it a bit. You do not have to cook yours for 18 hours, but it is totally worth it if you do!
Enjoy!! : )
