The easiest, yummiest recipe you could ever make is this one! If you are wanting to have Mexican food and want to save your self the hassle of making tacos, burritos or enchiladas then this is the recipe you want! All you have to do for this one, is add the ingredients to the crock pot! This is a Crohn’s friendly recipe too, so it is nice to have an easy recipe to make that my husband can have too! Super easy to make, here it is my salsa chicken recipe!

Wholly Guacamole was a sponsor of our Blogger Recipe Challenge group this month and I used the Wholly Roasted Tomato Salsa they sent me in this recipe. It turned out fantastic and I will be purchasing the Wholly Roasted Tomato Salsa for this recipe from here on out! 4-6 Chicken Breasts
1 – 10 ounce of Wholly Roasted Tomato Salsa
1 – Can of Black Beans
1 – Can of Whole Kernel Corn
1 – pkg of Taco Seasoning
Take your chicken and put in the bottom of your crock pot. Then add in your salsa, taco seasoning, can of beans and corn. Place the crock pot lid on and cook on high for 6 hours. That is it! Once the crock pot is done cooking your salsa chicken, you can put it in corn or flour tortillas!
