Pecan Pie Bites

This past weekend, I was going to a little get together and wanted to take some yummy desserts over there that would be easy to make, terrific and easy for people to grab. I decided to make some pecan pie bites, these little desserts are amazing and so incredibly easy to make! These pecan pie bites are great to take to a get together, to have for a party or to just to make.

Ingredients
  1. 2 Tbsp of Butter (melted)
  2. 2 Tbsp of Corn Syrup
  3. 1 Egg
  4. 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  5. 1/4 cup of Pecans (slivered)
  6. 1 9inch Deep Dish Pie Crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚.
  2. Lay your pie crust out flat on a cutting board.
  3. Cut little squares out of the pie crust, about 2 inches x 2 inches.
  4. Place your little pie crust squares in a greased muffin pan.
  5. Roll down the sides of the pie crust to make a small pie crust inside the muffin pan.
  6. Place the mini pie crusts in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  7. Take them out and let them cool.
  8. Now in a medium bowl, mix your vanilla extract, egg, butter and corn syrup together.
  9. Add your pecans to the above mixture.
  10. Next scoop 1 Tbsp of your mixture into the mini pie crusts.
  11. Then place the filled pie crusts in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  12. Now take them out, let them cool and....Enjoy!! 🙂
