Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

There is this dinner and a movie theater we get to go to sometimes and they have the most amazing cookies! It is something my family looks forward to when we get to go there. See, they have peanut butter banana cookies and the banana definitely adds an extra flavor to a regular peanut butter cookie. So, of course I have been wanting to make them and since it is cookie month they were first on my list to make! The peanut butter banana cookies turned out great and I’m very happy I can make them at home now! You can add some vanilla ice cream to the side of the cookie if you want and you have a delicious treat!

Instructions:

Add your sugar, salt, baking powder, egg, vanilla and butter into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Once those ingredients are mixed together well, you will add in your mashed up banana to the mixture. After mixing the banana in, you will mix in your peanut butter. Then slowly add in your flour to the mixture. Preheat your oven to 350˚. Now that your dough is ready, you will start forming it into little dough balls. Take the 1 inch dough balls and place them on a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Place the cookie dough into the oven and bake for 9-11 minutes, however on the very last minute you want to put one slice of the banana on top of the cookie and bake it for the last minute. Then when the cookies are done, take them out and…Enjoy!! : )
