Party Mints

Ingredients:

6 oz of Cream Cheese

16 ounces of Powdered Sugar

4 Peppermints (crushed)

4 Tbsp of Sugar

Instructions:

Combine your cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Once the mixture is mixed well, add in your crushed peppermint. The peppermint will give your mints the flavor you want and also turn them a pink color! I used my stand mixer to make sure all the ingredients were mixed thoroughly and there was no crunchy parts left in the mixture. Next you want to take the mixture and make little quarter size balls. Then place your 4 Tbsp of sugar in a bowl and roll your quarter size balls in the sugar. After you roll them with sugar you want to place them on wax paper, then take a fork and press down to give the mints a crease. Refrigerate for a couple of hours to let the party mints firm up. Then take them out and…..

Enjoy!! : )
