Hey guys,
Well, it has been great sharing all of these wonderful frozen recipes with you this month, but all good things must come to an end. My last frozen recipe for this month’s food challenge is Lemon Lime Sorbet. I love this sorbet because you can eat it by itself or add a little bit of sprite and pineapple juice to it, to make it into a delicious drink! My kids loved it too and had so much fun helping me make it in the kitchen!
Until next time,

Lemon Lime Sorbet
Ingredients:
4 Lemons = 3/4 Cup of Lemon
2 Limes = 1/4 Cup of Lime
1 1/4 Cup of Pure Cane Sugar
1 Cup of Water
1 Egg White (whisked) (OPTIONAL)
Instructions:
Combine your lemons, limes, sugar and water in a medium mixing bowl. Mix all of the ingredients together well and then refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours. Once the mixture is chilled you will add it to your ice cream maker. As the mixture is churning you will add in your egg white. The egg white is completely optional, it will just help with the sorbet’s overall texture. You want to churn the mixture for about 20-30 minutes, once it is done, place in the freezer for about 2-3 hours. When the sorbet is frozen, get it out and devour it!
Enjoy!! : )
