IHOP Pancakes

My kids love pancakes, so I was excited to try to create a recipe that was like IHOP Pancakes. I have another recipe that I usually use for making pancakes for my family, but I think it was replaced after I created this one! These IHOP Pancakes are delicious and my kids thought I had actually bought them from IHOP! I hope you and your family enjoys this recipe!

IHOP Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

1/2 cup of Sugar

1/4 cup of Butter

1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

1 cup of Buttermilk

1/4 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tsp of Baking Powder

1 tsp of Baking Soda

1 1/2 cups of Flour

Instructions:

In a medium mixing bowl you want to combine your eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, buttermilk and whipping cream. Mix thoroughly, then add in your flour, baking soda and baking powder. Prepare your griddle by turning it on medium heat. You want to take a large spoonful of pancake mixture and pour it over your griddle. You will cook the pancake for about 2-3 minutes and then flip it to the other side. Cook on this side for 2-3 minutes as well. Repeat this process until you have no more pancake mixture. Now pour syrup over them, add some butter and….Enjoy!! : )
