Ice Cream Dessert Sushi

So, I couldn’t resist making a dessert with the Slice of Rice sheets we received from Rice Wraps. I thought it would be a good challenge to come up with an interesting, but yummy dessert recipe with them. And that is just what I did! Check out this delicious ice cream dessert sushi!

Ice Cream Dessert Sushi

Ingredients:

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Chocolate Syrup

Sprinkles

Marshmallows

Slice of Rice

Instructions:

Take your Slice of Rice out of the refrigerator while you get your other ingredients ready.

Place your rolling mat (included with Slice of Rice) and place it inside a large Ziplock Bag.

Cut the package of the Slice of Rice on 3 sides and place the Slice of Rice on the rolling mat.

Spread your vanilla bean ice cream evenly over the Slice of Rice.

Next you will roll up your ice cream dessert sushi.

Place the sushi in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Take it out and slice the sushi into individual pieces.

Then top your it off with chocolate syrup, sprinkles and marshmallows!

Serve your sushi and…Enjoy!! 🙂
