Hawaiian Bread

I don’t know about you, but I have always loved Hawaiian bread. It is so good, actually a little too good because before I know it we have eaten all of it! Why is this bread so good? I think because you can do so many things with it. You can slice the loaf in half, tear out the middle and add your favorite dip to it or you can slice it up and spread some butter on it. Also, it adds so much flavor to your sandwich if you choose to eat it this way, with so many options you can’t go wrong with this bread!

Hawaiian Bread

Hawaiian Bread

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups of Bread Flour

1/2 cup of Milk

1/4 tsp of Vanilla Extract

4 Tbsp of Butter

6 Tbsp of Sugar

3 Tbsp of Pineapple Juice

3 Large Eggs

1/2 tsp of Salt

3 tsp of Yeast

Instructions:

Mix together all ingredients in your mixer, then you need to knead it. Take the mixture out and place on a flat surface covered with flour. Make sure you have flour on your hands too, to prevent sticking and then start kneading away! You will do this for about 15-20 minutes. Then take your bread, place it in a loaf pan and let it rise for about 2 hours. Preheat your oven to 375˚.  Once the bread is ready, put it in your preheated oven and cook for about 35-45 minutes. Take it out and….Enjoy!! : )
