Breakfast Bread

On the weekends I always cook a huge breakfast for my family, but sometimes it gets a little old with cooking the same thing over and over. I like to try new things and my family always loves to try my new creations. This weekend instead of cooking bacon, eggs and pancakes you know the usual, I decided to try combining some breakfast items into an all in one meal. My creation the breakfast bread, it has sausage, eggs and cheese all wrapped up in some delicious homemade bread. Can you say yum? As soon as it came out of the oven, my family was eagerly waiting to try it. Once it cooled and I started slicing it up, I barely got a piece to myself because poof it was gone! Yep, I think they loved it!

A delicious recipe from my house to yours! A breakfast bread you will love! ~TheLateFarmer.com

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375˚. I used my bread machine to mix the flour, salt, yeast, water and sugar because it is super easy to do it that way, however if you don’t have a bread machine mix those ingredients together in your mixer. Then you will knead the bread dough and let it rise for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. After the bread dough is ready you want to flatten it out into a rectangle shape. Combine your eggs, cheese and cooked sausage in a medium bowl. Pour the sausage mixture onto the flattened out bread dough, keeping it in the center as much as possible. Then start at one side and roll the bread up to the other side, once the bread is completely rolled you will want to place it in a greased bread pan and bake it for 30-35 minutes. Take it out and slice a piece for yourself and then serve it to your family! Enjoy!! : )
