Baked Broccoli

One thing I’m very thankful for is that my kids love trees! Yes, they love broccoli and call them tiny little trees! It all happened when we were at a restaurant and my husband had some on his plate, he asked them would you like to try these tiny trees? Of course it was new and they wanted to try them! Ever since then they have always eaten broccoli. However, this momma doesn’t like it as much as they do and so here comes a new recipe for you! The easiest baked broccoli you could ever make, with an extraordinary delicious taste! I love it, my family loves it so believe me you are going to love this baked broccoli as well!

Guess what I got to use to put my fresh parmesan on top of the baked broccoli? You guessed it, I used the amazing Choco.Nut.Cheese Grater! This grater will make your life so much easier, it is simple to use and saves so much time. You can mix and match cheeses in the grater if you want and don’t forget you can store the cheese in the grater! Thank you so much to everyone at HIC, Harold Import Co. for sponsoring our Blogger Recipe Challenge group this month and providing each one of us with their Choco.Nut.Cheese Grater!

Ingredients:
2 Heads of Broccoli

5 Tbsp of Olive Oil

1 Tsp of Garlic Salt

1 Lemon

Parmesan cheese

Baked Broccoli
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350˚. Do not wash your broccoli, just cut it up into florets. In a medium mixing bowl you want to toss the florets with the olive oil and then spread the florets on your baking pan. Next you want to sprinkle your garlic salt over the florets. Place them in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Next take them out of the oven, squeeze the lemon over the baked broccoli. Then top off the baked broccoli with some fresh parmesan and…Enjoy!! : )
