Homemade Cheesecake

Such a wonderful and easy recipe to make! Try this homemade cheesecake, I hope your family will enjoy this recipe as much as my family did!

 1 1/4 cup Honey Graham Crackers (crushed)

4 Tbsp of Sugar

 4 Tbsp of Butter (melted)

Cheesecake Filling:

2 1/2 cups of Cream Cheese (softened)

3 Eggs

1 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract

1 cup of Sugar

1 tsp of Lemon Juice


In a small bowl, mix together your crushed graham crackers, 4 Tbsp of sugar and butter.

After the ingredients are mixed together, place them in a pie pan.

Next you will pat the pie crust mixture down in the pie pan to form your crust.

Preheat your oven to 350˚.

In a medium bowl, mix together your cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract. 

Now you will pour the cheesecake filling over the pie crust.

Make sure the filling is covering the pie crust evenly.

Place the cheesecake on the low rack in your oven.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Take your homemade cheesecake out and let it cool down.

After it is cool, place the cheesecake in your refrigerator for 2-3 hours to let it chill.

When your cheesecake is ready, take it out, grab a slice of it and…ENJOY!! 🙂
